RETURN POLICY​

All Fashion**, Gift & Home Decor, and Hard Goods merchandise can be returned for full refund within 7 days
of purchase with presentation of receipt and if in original packaging/and or tags attached.

**For Hygienic Purposes, Earrings and Hats are a Final Sale 
 

After 7 days, a store credit will be issued with presentation of receipt and original packaging/and or tags attached.
After 14 days, with the exception of Christmas return policy-no returns.

 

Tropical Plants can be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase with presentation of receipt.

NO RETURNS on Flowering Plants or Annuals.
 

Our Nursery & Perennial Warranty is 3 months (6 months if transplanting fertilizer is used) exchanges or credit note only.
